Keep reading to see how we’re making your shopping experience more convenient and less stressful.
The Publix App
In the age of technology we have come to depend on our phones and tablets to help us through the day. Gone are the days of calling in to place an order, handwriting a shopping list, or cutting coupons out of the newspaper. Now, we’re in the age of apps and technology. Luckily, our Publix App is available for your smart phone and can be easily accessed using your data connection or even inside our stores using our free Wi-Fi.
The Publix App offers many things, but the most timesaving and convenient tool is our shopping list. After downloading the app, sign up for a Publix Account. Then, you simply open the app and keep an ongoing list of the items you need on your shopping trip. Items added to your shopping list are placed in order by aisle locations and departments. Pretty cool, right? You can also save old shopping lists to use again for staple items. When looking for more time while on the go, this app is a must!
Instacart
Do you ever wish you could snap your fingers and groceries would appear in your kitchen, neatly put away in your cabinets and refrigerator? While we can’t put them away for you, we can make groceries appear at your doorstep with something just as easy as snapping your fingers.
Whether its soccer practice, school, dance recitals, late night meetings, long hours, or just not enough time in the day, we all run out of time to get tasks like grocery shopping done. With this in mind, several of our stores have begun piloting a service in collaboration with Instacart, a grocery home delivery service. This allows you to place your grocery order online and have the items delivered right to your doorstep. The service is currently available in Tampa, Birmingham, Orlando, Miami, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Raleigh. Check to see if this service is available at a Publix near you and begin saving yourself some time.
Online Easy Ordering
Looking for something made fresh for lunch or dinner but don’t hav
e the time to wait in line for something to be made? We understand that. That’s why we began offering an Online Easy Ordering program.
With this program you can order deli subs, platters, meats, and cheeses for pick up at your chosen time. You can also order select products from our Bakery, Produce, and Seafood departments. All you have to do is visit our website and choose your store location. Next, make your choice from several selections, even customize the order to your liking. Submit your order and ta da! Time saved and delicious lunch or dinner is served!
Holiday Meals
With the holidays fast approaching it won’t be long before you have a house full of guests coming for dinner . Your to do list might include cleaning the house, arranging table settings, and a variety of other chores. Where do you fit in the cooking? If you’re wondering “How will I enjoy everyone’s company and cook at the same time?” The answer is easy — leave it us!
We don’t mind doing all the cooking for you. Our Publix Deli offers many holiday meal options to save you time and offer you quality food. These meals can be ordered online or in the store, and picked up the night before the holiday. The only prepping you’ll do is heating everything up. Easy as pie. Speaking of pie, our stores also have plenty of desserts to choose from to top off your holiday meal. Make sure to check out our Publix Bakery’s dessert selections to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.
Digital Coupons
We all love to save money, but finding time to take the steps to save money is the hard part. Our Publix Digital Coupons program was created to save you time and money without the hassle of actually cutting coupons. Simply log in to your Publix Account from your desktop or the Publix App and clip your coupons digitally to save money and time.
If you don’t have a Publix account, don’t worry. It’s easy to sign up and start saving. After signing up for an account, go to our Digital Coupons page and electronically clip the coupons you want to put in your online wallet. As far as clipping goes, that’s it! When you’re checking out at the store, enter your phone number in the PIN pad and voila! Both money and time saved.
