“My favorite item is the Deli Hoop Cheddar Cheese. When I was a kid, we used to spend time in the summer with my grandparents. They had a place in the mountains and in a nearby town there was a cheese maker that made hoop cheddar. We used to go watch them make cheese each year and then go to their store and buy a wheel of cheese. The cheese is mild and creamy. It’s also very versatile, perfect for snacking, melting or shredding. I always use this in my mac and cheese.”
