Jessica began her career at Publix in 2015 as an associate on the Customer Care team, providing customer service on the phone and through email, where she developed a passion for helping customers. Since then, Jessica became a member of the Social Media team serving in a Bilingual Social Media Support role. Jessica loves assisting the team and managing engagement with our Hispanic customers on all Publix social media platforms. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her one-year-old son and dogs visiting different local parks.
