If you’ve gone to your local Publix bakery lately, you may have noticed some GreenWise products alongside your favorite treats! These items are packed full of the flavors you know and expect from our bakery but leave out some of the things our customers don’t want in their desserts. For instance, you aren’t going to find artificial colors or flavors in GreenWise desserts, and many of these sweets also come in recyclable packaging. Here’s everything you need to know about our GreenWise Bakery items at your local store.

Cakes

GreenWise Chocolate Cake: This delicious dark chocolate sponge cake is layered with rich Belgian white chocolate mousse and topped with a chocolate ganache.

Strawberry Shortcake:  In this dessert, you’ll find a strawberry fruit filling sweetened with cane sugar and the finest Belgian white chocolate mousse layered between shortcake. The real whipped cream on top is made without carrageenan and stabilizers.

Organic Cheesecakes: These creamy cheesecakes are made with all organic ingredients. They come in three different packs; classic New York style, strawberry, and a variety pack that includes both chocolate cheesecake and New York style cheesecake.

Cookies: These 16-count cookies come in four varieties — chocolate chip, double chocolate chunk, oatmeal cranberry orange and oatmeal raisin. They aren’t made with anything that wouldn’t be found in a kitchen at home, which means they contain no preservatives.
