  • Our teams carefully inspect each and every slab of ribs before they go into the smokehouse to be cooked for five hours.
  • More than 1,700 slabs of ribs are cooked at a time in the smokehouse.
  • we produce about 150 miles of ribs (laid end to end) annually.
