How to Stuff a Burger

Follow these easy steps below for a fool-proof delicious stuffed burger. Start by flattening your hamburger meat into thin patties with a slight indention for your stuffing. Add your stuffing to each patty. Seal with another thin patty and make sure it is completely closed before placing on the grill.

  • Add seasoning to ground meat before adding your filling.
  • Ingredients such as vegetables or meat should be cooked ahead of time. The internal temperature will not get hot enough to fully cook these ingredients.
  • Ensure your patties are sealed along the edges to prevent the filling from falling out.
