Aprons Kids Cooking Class

School is out for summer vacation and that means family vacations, trips to the beach and lots of time with the kids. While you are making these plans, why not sign your kids and teens up for a cooking class? Our Aprons Cooking School is hosting several classes for all age groups in June, July and August.

Another fun option to consider is the Big Chef-Little Chef class highlighting themes like summertime treats, epic picnics, story-time treats and more! Bring your child for a memorable outing and delicious treats.

Time to grab that foodie passport and climb aboard the Publix Aprons Cooking School Express! We will get to experience some flavors from around the world and our own backyard.

Day 1 – Exciting Italian: Pizza Pot Pie; Baked Parmesan Zucchini Fries with Princepessa Dipping Sauce; Baked Italian Sausage Rolls; S’mores Cannoli.

Day 2 – Southern Remix: Mason Jar Salads with Avocado Ranch; Chicken and Waffle Kabobs with Country Honey Sauce; Crunchy Cheesy Broccoli Rice; Peanut Butter and Jelly Ice Box Cake.


Enjoy some family fun-time in the kitchen, and cook up some memories.

Day 1 – International Redux: Baked Crunchy Nacho Chicken with Queso Super Fundido; Currywurst Tater Tot Waffles; Parisian Club Sandwich; Toffee Pudding with Ice Cream.

Day 2 – Bake, Rattle, and Roll!: Chicken, Apple, and Cheddar Puffed Pockets; Meatball Teriyaki; Enchilada-Style Baked Tacos; Handmade-Marshmallow “S’mores.”


Tacos are all the rage but there are so many ways to enjoy those same flavors. Come and experience some of the zest in fun new ways.

Would you like to learn how to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner? We have them all covered! Impress your friends and family with some food that just makes you feel good.

Day 1 – Taco ‘Bout Good Food: Carne Asada Cannelloni with Herbed Cheese Sauce; Crunchy Chipotle Chicken Salad; Best Taco Dip Ever; Dulce de Leche and Brownie Trifle.

Day 2 – Food for all the Feels: Cheesy Breakfast Tarts; Black Bean Tacos with Cherry Tomato Salsa; Broiled Pesto, Tomato and Cheese Tartine: Savory Cornbread Trifles; Apples N’ Dumplings.


It can be hard to tempt a picky palate with a broccoli spear. Here at Apron’s Cooking School, we have the solutions you crave with delicious vegetable laden (Shhhh! Don’t tell!) dishes sure to make your family dinner wars a thing of the past!

Menu: Squashing Good Mac and Cheese; Kicked up Sloppy Joe Sliders, Fully Loaded Twice Baked Cauli-Tatos; Milk Chocolate Magic Mousse with Chantilly Cream.


Picnic weather is here! Big and little chefs team up to create some new twists on classic picnic fare.

Menu: Extra Crispy Baked Chicken; Italian BLT Pinwheels; Waffle Dessert Pizzas; Homemade Berry Lemonade.
