Oil and Herbs

Whether you have a small garden and want to preserve your crop or you are just looking for an easy way to save time when cooking dinner, this oil and herb hack will preserve the flavor you love. Pour cooking oil and your favorite herbs into each compartment of your ice tray and freeze. It’s as simple as that. Throw the cube in a pan and you’re ready to sauté or add it to your pasta for extra flavor.

Tea and Coffee

What’s worse than fixing a glass of iced coffee or tea and realizing how fast it became watered down? With this life hack, you won’t have to worry about watered-down tea or coffee on a hot summer day ever again. You can even add milk or cream to your coffee cubes for a delicious, sweet coffee drink.

Leftover Wine

I know what you’re thinking, people actually have leftover wine? In case you have leftovers, pour the extra wine into your ice tray. Use these ice cubes for your next girls night. Your friends will love these in your next homemade sangria. Speaking of sangria, try freezing some fruit in that leftover wine!

Milk and Cookies

Who doesn’t love a glass of milk and cookies? This is a fun hack to use with your kids. Crumble up a few of your favorite cookies in each compartment, add milk and freeze. Once frozen, add these cubes to a glass of milk and pair with cookies. Double the cookies means double the deliciousness!

Fruit-Infused Cubes

If you’re looking for a refreshing drink to take to the beach on a hot summer day, you’ll appreciate this tip! Cut up your favorite fruit, add water and freeze for a delicious fruit-infused drink. Try adding these to your water or iced tea for a hint of sweetness.
