DIY Craft: Chinese Cherry Blossoms

Set the scene and your table with this easy DIY craft!

Cherry Blossom Step-by-Step DIY Craft

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Light pink tissue paper
  • Twigs
  • Hot glue gun
  • Hot glue
  • Vase

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Cut the tissue paper into small rectangular pieces.
  2. Scrunch your tissue paper pieces into flower-like figures by pinching at the bottom corner and fluffing the top corners.
  3. Glue the scrunched pieces onto the twigs.
  4. Repeat this step until you’ve reached the end of the twig.
  5. Place completed branches in a vase and display on your table.

Jackie J. became a Publix associate in 2017 after deciding to take her love of food to the next level. She began working with the Social Media team at that time and she immediately fell in love with life at Publix. In her spare time, she bakes to relax and creates yummy morsels for friends and family to munch on. When she isn’t working, you can probably find her playing with her cat and dog (Nila and Oreo), at a theme park or watching a Harry Potter Movie Marathon.
