What Bakery Items Can I Order Through The Online Easy Ordering System?
Cakes available to order through the Bakery Online Ordering tool include:

- ‘Design Your Own’ cakes
- ‘Theme’ cakes
- ‘Special Edition’ cakes
If a whole cake is not what you’re looking for, you can also order several different bakery platters through the site, as well.
What do I Need to Remember When Ordering Cakes Online?
Remember to make sure you have chosen the correct store before you place your order.
- If you’ve chosen a “design your own” cake or special edition cake and added it to your order, you will be directed to a page to verify details about the cake you’ve chosen. This page will have the option to remove, copy or edit your order, as well as an option to add instructions to it. Remember to read over this page very carefully before submitting.
- Remember to double check the spelling of any messages you want added to the cake.
- After you’ve selected your cake and reviewed the final details, remember to hit the Schedule order button.
- Once you schedule the order, you will fill out your information: name, email, and pickup time. Remember to click Submit Order to send the information to the store.

Q: How far in advance does an order need to be placed?
When the order is finished, you will be offered a list of pickup times so you may choose the most convenient time for you. For decorated cakes and decadent desserts, you can select the earliest pickup time available in OEO, depending on when the order is placed (generally, this is 24 hours). If the cake is needed earlier than the earliest available pickup time, call or come in to the store to see if the Bakery can accommodate your request.
Q: Is a Publix Account required to place an order?
A Publix Account is not required, but you can save favorite orders in your account so they can be easily ordered again.
Q: Will I be able to make changes to my order?
Changes can be made by calling the store. The store information and phone number will be listed in the order summary.
Q: What if an order needs to be cancelled?
Simply call the store to cancel a submitted order.
Q: Will I be able to save my favorite items?
Yes! If you have a Publix Account, after an item is selected or built, you will be prompted to add it to your favorites so you can easily order it again.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
You can use any of the usual payment methods in the store for your order.
Q: Can I pay for my order on the website?
Sorry, but online payment is not available at this time.

Yes; they will need the last name to identify the order.
