I’m not sure why others are having so many issues as the app works fine for me. Though, I would like to ask for possible changes that may improve the customer experience .
Give the app user (customer) the ability to hide or shelve any particular prescription that they no longer use by graying out or even deleting. So many prescription over time are cancelled out by a Dr and replaced and this can become confusing. Which leads to another request, please allow for customer ability to write note or program the app as to indicate name brand and generic as we non pharmacist/doctors sometimes only know the drug by name brand. In addition giving us the ability to include (or you add) what this is used for.
These may not sound like much but when discussing with new medical staff its hard to remember what Fendalucradeltaride (just a made up example) was prescribed for.
Thank you
We’ll be happy to share this with our teams, Aaron.
How do I enter my insurance information on the pharmacy app for Publix? I have been up and down every list and option and I cannot find it. Please help
Hi Kelly, Thank you for reaching out! I recommend calling our customer care team at 1 (800) 242-1227. They should be able to walk you through the app and setting up all the information you need.
How do I turn off dosage reminders? I archived the prescription and it is still reminding me to take it.
I’m sorry to hear this is happening, Susan. Please reach out to our Customer Care Technical Team at 1-800-242-1227 for further assistance.
This app is a joke. It erased me as a patient and deleted my prescription information. Yet it still shows me as logged in. Reaching out for technical support is a complete waste if time. They were dismissive at best.
Typical job justification… fixing what isn’t broke. Refills online “were” simple and worked well…NOT ANYMORE !!
How do I apply the credit card I have on file to pay for the prescription?
Hi Jessica, I recommend calling our customer care team at 1 (800) 242-1227. They should be able to help you with this.
There is no way that I can see on the App to delete a prescription I no longer use.
Publix keeps trying to refill prescriptions I no longer use so the App does not do “everything”
Good question, what’s the answer??
