Snacks for Children
A lot of children need a morning and afternoon snack to keep them going. Here are some ideas that will make you and your child look forward to snack time!
- Whole grain cereal and bite-size whole wheat crackers
- Grapes

On-the-go Snacks

- Combine your favorite nuts, like almonds and unsalted cashews, with dried cranberries.
