Anastasia, RDN, LDN: GreenWise Pizza 

I love pepperoni pizza, and when I have a craving this does the trick! I try to be strategic in my indulgences by always pairing a big salad to balance out the meal and feel satisfied. The fiber from the salad fills me up and complements the pizza well. The pepperoni on this pizza has no added nitrates or nitrites and, depending how you slice your pizza, one slice can come in at just under 100 calories. Like most pizzas, you should be mindful of the sodium, but this thin crust pizza is a great alternative to those cravings without all the calorie guilt.

Holly, RDN, LDN: GreenWise Hemp Seeds

GreenWise Hemp seeds are soft, despite what the name suggests. These tiny seeds deliver an excellent source of protein, magnesium and zinc per serving. Most of the fat comes from mono- and polyunsaturated fats, including omega 3’s! Hemp seeds have a nutty flavor and can be served raw or cooked and added to just about anything from salads, yogurt, smoothies, baked goods, overnight oats and avocado toast – the options are endless. I like to add peanut butter and hemp seeds to my bowl of oatmeal. The addition of protein and fat keeps me feeling fuller longer, and hemp seeds make it easy!

Jennifer, MS, RDN, LDN: Publix Unsweetened Almond Milk, Vanilla Flavored and GreenWise Organic Salsa, Medium

I start my day with coffee and always add a splash of Publix Unsweetened Almond Milk, Vanilla Flavored. It adds a hint of flavor without added sugars.

I also love this chunky salsa. Paired with GreenWise Organic Tortilla Chips, it’s the perfect snack.

Kalee, RDN, LDN: GreenWise Organic Instant Oatmeal, Regular

This awesome single-ingredient Better Choice breakfast item is a quick and easy way to get breakfast on the table. It’s 100% Whole Grain with no added sugars. This oatmeal tastes great plain, or you can add fresh fruit and spice it up with cinnamon to enhance the flavors.

Shannon, RDN, LDN: GreenWise Whole Milk Greek Yogurt

I love this product because it is so versatile. Eat the yogurt plain or topped with berries and granola, or use it as a condiment, just as you would use sour cream.  It is actually better than sour cream from a nutritional perspective — lower in saturated fat and an excellent source of protein and a good source of calcium per serving.
